When you become a member of Snow Herons Martial Arts; this is achieved by agreeing to our terms and conditions, completing our membership enrolment form, and paying our Martial Arts Insurance; we will collect personal data about you. The reason for this is to be able to fulfill the contract or to maintain a record of your health condition with us for both our protection in the unlikely event of any future legal claim from your participation. We might also contact you by email, to keep you informed of relevant SHMA products and offers we can provide (our legitimate interest). You will always be able to unsubscribe from any communication from us by emailing snowheronsmartialarts@gmail.comat any time and withdrawing your consent to receive any emails.

The Educational Martial Art System (TEMAS) will not rent or sell your information onto further parties.

Snow Herons Martial Arts have facilities in the United Kingdom. Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), however, as mentioned above, the European Commission has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of the UK. Details on retaining and deleting personal data
