When you become a member of Snow Herons Martial Arts; this is achieved by agreeing to our terms and conditions, completing our membership enrolment form, and paying our Martial Arts Insurance; we will collect personal data about you. The reason for this is to be able to fulfill the contract or to maintain a record of your health condition with us for both our protection in the unlikely event of any future legal claim from your participation. We might also contact you by email, to keep you informed of relevant SHMA products and offers we can provide (our legitimate interest).
