Holiday Camp Terms & Conditions

  • You have read and understand the Camp Kit list and understand that if a student does not bring whats is needed the student will be excluded from any activity requiring the kit required.

 

 

  • You understand our Holiday Camp cancelation policy outlined below: 

  1. 28 - 21 days prior to the day of camp commencement we will transfer 50% of the full booked cost to a camp date of your choice within 9 months of the booked camp dates canceled. 

  2. 20 - 7 days prior to the 1st day of camp commencement we will transfer 25% of the full booked cost to a camp date of your choice within 9 months of the booked camp dates canceled.

  3. 6 - 1 day prior to the day of camp commencement there is no refund.

  • You understand that 50% of the full cost of the camp is due within 48 hours of your booking being acceptee via email and the final balance to be paid before the 1st day of the camp week 1st day (Monday/Tuesday)  Failure to pay the 50% deposit within the 48 hrs will cause your booking to be canceled. Failure to pay the final balance before the 1st day of the Holiday camp will cause a late payment fee (£5) to be added to your booking fee.

  • You understand that any Late collection from Holiday Camp will incur the same late fees as our afterschool late collection policy outlined below:

  1. Any Late Collection incurs a Late Collection Fee. The Late fee structure can be found under classes.

  2. We suggest that you appoint another parent from the same class that your child attends as a named guardian, responsible for holding onto your child.

  3. Texting us to say that your child can wait on their own at the gate or walk home is NOT PART OF A CHILD SAFEGUARDING POLICY THAT SHMA'S ADHERES TO. We require notice in writing or email that you give permission for your child to leave the school premises unattended. 

All information provided on this website is provided in good faith. Occasionally information may become out of date. We celebrate the successes of our students and assistants, 
  and include images of them on our website, adhering to our student safety policy. If a parent requests an image to be removed from the site, we will do this without delay.
