Termly Class Booking

All students booking a Termly a class (January - Easter, April - July, September - December) are required to book through our website (classes/Termly Booking): this is so that we receive an electronic booking form. 

All students who submit the booking form will be emailed a booking accepted email within 24hrs of Admin hours (Monday 10 am - Friday 11 am). Once you have received your booking accepted email you are required to pay the 

Termly fee within 48hrs to secure your booking. If you do not pay your termly fee within this time you will be sent a cancelled booking email and you will need to start the booking process again! 

 

EXISTING MEMBERS may book for the term as shown below:

Bookings for the September - December term open June 15th.

Bookings for January - Easter term open October 15th.

Bookings for the April - July Term open February 15th.

NEW MEMBERS may book for the term as shown below:

Bookings for the September - December term open June 29th.

Bookings for January - Easter term open October 29th.

Bookings for the April - July Term open February 28/29th.

EXISTING MEMBERS may book for the 3 terms of a school year starting September 2020

Email admin to request a year booking form.

All information provided on this website is provided in good faith. Occasionally information may become out of date. We celebrate the successes of our students and assistants, 
  and include images of them on our website, adhering to our student safety policy. If a parent requests an image to be removed from the site, we will do this without delay.
