Our Classes

 

Our classes are designed to build life skills of confidence, self-discipline and learning to stay on task as well as having respect and courtesy towards one another.  This program teaches traditional martial arts (Tang Soo Do and Hapkido) with structured self-defense training techniques in a environment of respect and discipline. Forms and sparring are taught to improve focus, coordination and pattern recognition while increasing self-defense. Classes are 60/75 minutes in length of learning martial arts technique with physical control as well as mental development that will prepare the students as they transition from being beginners into their next level of classes. The fitness, strength and stamina aspects of martial arts are developed through the programmes.
