All Bookings are Non Refunderble nor Transferable.

Students without the required kit will not be permitted to join in specific activities/training.

Late Collection Fees are required to be paid before further booked sessions are attended.

Students without a water bottle will be charged £2 (1 ltr bottle of water).

I have taken note of the SHMA mobile number for enrty / exit communication and to alert SHMA of an early collection or a change of the aurthorized student collection.

Sibling discount is always taken from the lesser fee price. A minimum of 50% deposit is required upon booking with the full amount required before the first booked session of camp. Late payment will incur the standard £5 administration late payment charge.
