I acknowledge that the necessary day kit list and food will be sent to me once I book and pay the deposit (at least 50%). I also understand that if I do not comply with the kit and food requirements, my child may miss out activities, be unable to eat certain items, and I may be asked to supply the missing kit or modify the food provided if needed.*
