I acknowledge that bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, SHMA may provide an alternative Holiday Camp week within 9 months if the situation deemed transferable (e.g., Chicken Pox, Fracture, etc.).

I confirm that I will read and bring the necessary Martial Arts and Sport Camp Day Kit.

I consent to buy bottled water for £1 if I forget to bring it to camp.

I consent to having sunscreen applied at a cost of £1 day if I forget to bring it to camp.

I acknowledge that I will need to pay a minimum 50% of the total camp week booking fee upfront, and the remaining balance must be settled at least 24 hours before the start of the booked week. Please note that late payments will result in a standard £5 late fee.
