Our Weekly Class Schedule

Avenue Primary Academy

  • This Class is for Reception children 4 years and 9 months and older, as well as students in School Years 4 - 6. Students in School Years 5 and 6 may join if they have a sibling in Reception or School Years 1 to 4 who is also in this class.
  • Younger children will be accompanied to class by their School teacher or teaching assistant.
  • From 3:00 to 3:30 PM, students will prepare (snack time, changing, and toilet).
  • Only fruit and vegetables are permitted as snacks; Fruit Winder type snacks are not allowed.
  • New students for the term may wear their school PE kit; SHMA uniforms (the only approved karate uniforms) and safety headguards are available for purchase on our website throughout the term. Students returning for their second term must have the SHMA uniform and headguard ready by the start of the new term.
  • Class fees are £12 per session, totaling £168 for the September to December term, plus £1 for martial arts insurance and membership. 10% discount is available for second more classes booked per week, and siblings will receive a 10% discount on their fees. Please note that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and SHMA reserves the right to cancel one class per term without refund (students will have options to make these classes up within 6 months). Students who miss class due to school trips, sporting events, illness, etc., and inform SHMA before the lesson will be offered a makeup class during the current training term, but these makeup classes cannot be carried over to new terms.
