Code of Conduct

As a student, or a representative of a student at Snow Herons Martial Arts, you are expected to conduct yourself in a way that is respectful towards all persons at all times.

Students and representatives of students are reminded to always behave to others as you would like them to behave to you.

We remind you that any form of bullying, harassment and discrimination are not permitted.

SHMA has the legal right to refuse or revoke MEMBERSHIP on non-discriminatory grounds, where the membership, or continued membership,

of the person concerned would be likely to not be in the best interests of the sport or the good conduct and interests of the club.

SHMA has the right to suspend a student immediately while gathering additional information related to a Code of Conduct violation.

This suspension may occur before a consultation with the parents as further details are verified.

The immediate suspension will be communicated confidentially to the student's parents via email,

and all relevant information will be shared with the required parties.
